V. 0.0.3 update

Version 0.0.3 is bringing a more mid '80s feel, this is going to make the update take longer as I have to do level 1 through 4 plus start working on the levels for world 2. World 2 may get released with just level 1 or I can make all 4 levels for world 2. Everything else is good so far, its just rebuilding the levels for this to work properly.

I'll try and aim for a late March early April release for it. There is no promise I will get it out by then but if I keep working on it at this pace I should have it finished.
