V. 0.0.4 changelogs

The fourth alpha build of MPV is finally finished, and I plan to speed things up later once I finish one or two things for my YouTube channel.

What's New:

Music on the menus and in the levels
World 2, level 1
Changelog menu

I plan to also make an Extras menu where it has info on all characters that either appear or don't physically appear in the game, but that won't be till a later update
